Summer Carillon Concert Series: Ray McLellan

This year marks Ray McLellan's 25th year at TBE.
At TBE, we know Ray as an accomplished pianist, but he is also a member
of the Guild of Carillonneurs of North America and has an appointment
as University Carillonneur at Michigan State University. Ray has given
numerous carillon performances in the US and Europe, so we are pleased
to have a chance to hear him play so close to home. The concert is free

High Holy Days Adult Education
A Jonah Teaching & Discussion | Presented by Richard Greene
Session A: Thursday, August 31 | 12:30 pm or 7 pm
Session B: Thursday, September 7 | 12:30 pm or 7 pm
Sessions will be held in TBE's Adult Lounge.
Prepare for the High Holy Days with an adult ed class and open discussion
on the origins, meaning, and continuing relevance of the book of Jonah.
The class will be offered in two parts. Session A will cover the origins and meaning
of the book of Jonah. Session B will explore the relevance and meaning
of Jonah in Jewish tradition today. Mix and match sessions in whatever way you'd like.
Study materials available, but not necessary to attend, participate and enjoy.
