Meeting with John Shalett, President of Men of Reform Judaism

We are excited to be able to have an informational session with MRJ president John Shallett. Topics will include:
- An overview on MRJ, what it is doing for Brotherhoods in the country, and where our membership dollars go
- How TBE Brotherhood fits into the larger MRJ organization
- His vision for the next decade
- Suggestions on programming and how to make our Brotherhood even better He will field questions from all who attend.
Having such direct access to our leadership will be a great opportunity.
All are invited free of charge.

Brotherhood Mens' Seder

Our annual Mens' Seder played a large part in getting us the 2009 MRJ award for excellence in Mens'-only Programming.

$15 for members, $25 for non-members, or free with new membership of $40.

Temple Beth Emeth Brotherhood is an organization dedicated to nurturing men’s involvement in Temple life. Our goal is to assist our members to become better Jews and better men through increased participation in Temple and Brotherhood activities. Active involvement in our congregation and the community brings us together spiritually and socially. Brotherhood is dedicated to providing programming that is meaningful and relevant to our members.

Detroit Shul Tours
Summer and fall softball
Used book sale
Concert - Klezmer, classical, and much more.
Sponsoring the annual Mitzvah Day Red Cross Blood Drive.

In addition, we support Temple programming as well as host social events.
